Nada Joined Black Pearl Capital- Jordan In 2010 after completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Hashemite University of Jordan in 2009. Nada has been a financial analyst focused on BPGOF’s portfolio. In addition she coordinated the financial and logistics activities for private portfolio companies in the Middle East and Europe.
She was involved with multiple internship programs with Jordan International Insurance Company, Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization and EBSO, the Chamber of Industry in Izmir, Turkey.
Fareed joined AFA from Black Pearl Capital, where he served as Chairman and Portfolio Manager for the Black Pearl Global Opportunity Fund. Prior to BPC, Fareed founded Julius Baer’s Client Advisory Group, which focused on the bank’s largest and most sophisticated clients. He was in a similar role at Credit Suisse Investment Partners in Zurich prior to joining JB. He also co-founded 4san.com, a private venture capital business in 2000, focused on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). From 1996-2000, Fareed was a member of Morgan Stanley’s Middle East private wealth management team.
Fareed has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a management and computing bachelor’s degree from the City University of New York.
